I am recruiting for a consultant to join my branch here in Banbury,
Due to an increase in business and a drive for growth I am looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join my office.
As a successful candidate you will be responsible for;
- Managing a desk, running it as your own personal business – client and candidate customer service is key.
- Complete 360 recruiting, from sourcing potential business to closing the sales and servicing that client in order to become their trusted recruiting partner.
- Sourcing all candidates and contacting the right companies in order to secure them a new role.
- All admin relating to your desk
- Sales! Believing in the Cordant values and using them to bring on new business.
As a 360 Consultant a driving licence and own transport is essential.
Full training is given but ideally I am looking for someone who has a good understanding of recruitment and can bring life and energy to a desk and also to the branch.
We need someone bursting with ambition with the tools and the drive to achieve their targets.
