Our client requires someone who is hard working, organised and self-motivated.
Raising customer invoices and credits
Dealing with customer enquiries
General admin and filing duties
Inputting and checking supplier invoices and balancing to statements
Liaising with different departments to resolve queries
Generating monthly statements for all customers
Purchasing and maintaining supplier relationships
Supplier payment runs inc foreign currency
Progressing to Nominal Ledger Reconciliations
Assisting the Company Secretary with various administrative and financial tasks
Preparation of weekly wages
Qualifications and Skills
Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
Strong communication skills
Strong administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment, meet
deadlines, and maintain a high attention to detail.
To be confident with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to grow within the company
