Chadderton, Greater Manchester Admin and Secretarial Posted 11.09.19 £18000 - £20000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of my clients, based in Chadderton, to join in their administrative team.

This would be an ideal opportunity for a college leaver who has some work experience in admin and looking to kick-start their career. The position would also would suit an individual who has 1-2 years admin experience, as there is opportunity for progression within the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating PDF and Word documents
  • Altering document as required e.g. wording and colour coding
  • Converting files to PDF
  • Liaising with clients via email and over the phone
  • Answering emails relating to queries
  • Good attention to detail and an organised approach
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
  • Data Entry
  • Proof reading documents
  • Raising P/Os for approval
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Marry up Purchase invoices with P/Os and delivery notes
  • General Admin to office manager and director
  • Experience sending invoices (don’t need accounts experience)

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
  • Knowledge of how to use Microsoft outlook/Word/Excel
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail is vital within this role
  • Previous admin experience

Further Details:

  • £18,000-£20,000 depending on experience
  • Hours: 9am-5pm
