Cordant People has an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work with our client based in the Stirling area on a full time temporary basis.
This is a diverse role which includes everything from managing correspondence, dealing with query lists from suppliers and sending invoices out weekly. Due to the variety of the role candidates need to have experience working within a busy administration role where a lot of the work is deadline driven.
The chosen candidate will have a lot of contact with suppliers, hauliers and Harvesting Managers so first class communication skills are essential to the success of the role.
Due to multiple systems being used in this role it is essential applicants have excellent Microsoft Office experience with particular emphasis on Access, Excel and Word.
