Cordant People are currently recruiting for a receptionist/office coordinator to work for a well established and prestigious client of ours based in the city centre of Edinburgh.
The role is to cover reception duties, to be the first point of contact to all visitors and contractors entering the office.
To answer all queries via telephone, email and letter.
To manage all facilities within the office
To book out meeting rooms appropriately/manage the office diary
To support the team with admin duties including the housekeeping of the databases, invoicing, preparing templates etc..
You must have had experience in a similar role and be PC Literate/
The role is Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm – working on a temporary basis but it may lead to a permanent opportunity.
