Cordant People are currently assisting a forward thinking and growing company within the self storage industry. They are looking for an Assistant Manager who is comfortable managing a close knit team and oversee the full sales process for all new and existing customers. Telesales and customer facing sales experience is MUST yet industry experience is optional.
THE ROLE:
- Assisting set up within the showroom
- Speaking with potential customers in store and over the phone
- Upselling products and services
- Managing the customer onboarding process from start to finish
- Diary and desk management
- Work with a strong team
THE PERSON:
- At least one year of sales experience
- Telesales, sales executive, sales assistant, business development experience
- Sales and customer experience motivated
- Confident and adaptable
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Fast learner
