£9.57 per hour
To ber esponsible for Assisting the Bakery Team Leader in ensuring smooth running of the shift.
To produce items as required by the supervisor following the recipes as given and to supervisor others in doing so.
To ensure all recipes are followed exactly.
Report problems and non conformances to the supervisor.
Out of date or non conforming raw materials must not be used and the non conformance flagged up to a supervisor.
An awareness of HACCP CCP’s and supervise other team members
To maintain personal standards of cleanliness as set out by the Hygiene Rules QM037.
Adhere to the “clean as you go” policy.
Cleaning during and after the shift as required.
Other tasks may be allocated to staff upon agreement with the staff member and the line manager and adequate training will be given.
Attendance and participation in staff meetings when called.
To pack and despatch various items sold as per instructions and supervise other in doing so.
To deputise in the absence of the Team Leader
To ensure accurate completion of the production paperwork
