Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: £18,000 – £23,000 + bonus

Responsibilities

  • Following up on high quality (warm) leads, generated from direct marketing, social media, HubSpot and website queries
  • Developing relationships with our broker clients, maximising sales conversions
  • Reviewing customer information and making informed decisions related to accounts
  • Nurturing and growing these relationships to ensure maximum profitability of each account.

Experience:

  • Experience in outbound calling, ideally phone based in a B2B sales or customer service environment
  • Previous success achieving sales targets
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Customer focused mentality
