Wakefield, West Yorkshire Admin and Secretarial Posted 09.10.19 £8.90 - £9.00 per hour

My client is looking for an administrator on a part time basis working 24hr per week on a Weds, Thursday and Friday paying £8.90per hour.

Role purpose:

To work within the rcentral operations department to provide accurate and timely administrative support

Key Responsibilities:

    • Promote and encourage a culture that aligns with and actively supports the company values
    • Support the Central Retail Operations Manager with creative and reliable standard of excellence in line with the Company guidelines
    • Develop and maintain proactive and positive relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders
    • To collate retail information on a daily / weekly basis and document accordingly
    • To communicate with external suppliers as required
    • To issue field team Saturday/peak trading cover details to ensure adequate cover throughout the year
    • To collate, input and analyse store information as requested
    • To challenge Retail Store Managers and Area Operations Managers on responses received and to proactively report to the Regional Operation Manager on a weekly basis, issues summary and actions
    • To manage relevant information in systems to maintain up to date data
    • To provide the field team with top line planning calendar on a monthly basis
    • Attend retail meetings as requested to facilitate notes and communicate information
    • To produce retail communications on a daily / weekly basis and provide ongoing suggestions for improvements
    • To action intranet messages as required and ensure these are then communicated to all relevant parties
    • To support new store openings by ensuring that all store supplies are ordered in a timely manner
    • To provide support for reception and the central services team as required

Skills Required:

  • Understanding of Customer experience
  • Self-Motivator and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive can do attitude
  • Methodical with attention to detail

Essential:

  • Experience of using Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility in terms of working pattern
  • Previous experience in an administration role
