The ideal applicant will possess a genuine passion for food, cooking with fresh produce and will confidently be able to run a section.
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment and basic knowledge and understanding of food hygiene is preferred, although full training will be provided.

Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends including Bank Holidays. Working hours are 45 to 48 per week.
This is a temp to perm role but our client may consider straight permanent for exceptional candidates.
