Our client, easy to get to via the DLR, offering an excellent training scheme, brilliant starting salary and generous benefits package with working hours available of 35 hours, 28 Hours and 21 Hours between 8am-8pm, are looking for a number of new starters to join their expanding team.

Looking for candidates with at least 6 months experience within a complaints handler role, you will need to listen carefully to callers, investigating by asking the right questions and using correct judgement to assist in resolution. Combining outstanding problem solving and listening skills, you will be an asset in resolving disputes between financial businesses and their customers.

Duties include –

You will be responsible for taking claims and complaints between financial business and their customers.

Taking complaints, claims and queries over the telephone and in writing at the front line of the service.

Building knowledge of the financial services including general insurance, PPI, investment and banking and credit etc.

Providing clear guidance on what is involved in setting up a case.

Gathering the necessary information to investigate a complaint and to provide a fair and reasonable outcome.
