A fantastic temporary opportunity has arisen for Client Service Agents to join a fast paced team working within an amazing location for a Logistics company in Coventry.
The purpose of the role is to provide support to some of the business’s largest clients throughout their peak period, solving problems and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Daily Duties Include:
* Taking telephone enquiries to and using the system to solve small problems such as parcel tracking or providing proof of delivery
* Analysing data to provide valuable information to clients about the performance of their account
* Problem solving and investigating issues
* Dealing with email requests
Hours of work are Monday to Friday rotating shifts one week at 8-5 the next week 9-6, with 1 hour break for lunch
This position offers free on site parking, two x 10 mins paid breaks, subsided canteen and free tea and coffee.
