Our client, a successful specialist fire safety training company is expanding rapidly and is looking for an experienced, determined, and friendly professional who can raise the profile of
the company, attract new customers and improve the experience for existing customers and users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers and users of their services and others in the organisation.
An understanding of the fire safety sector would be an advantage.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Increasing online presence including social media by monitoring engaging, posting on LinkedIn, twitter, and website news section
2. Communicating externally with customers and suppliers regarding queries, informal complaints, improving branding awareness, managing customer feedback, etc.
3. Internal communications in promoting company activities and messages, organising meetings, and enhancing brand awareness
4. Identifying promotional opportunities for magazines, online forums, professional bodies, LinkedIn, Twitter, mailshots (Mailchimp), events, etc.
