Complaints and Claims Handler
Canary Wharf
£28,300 per annum/pro rata + excellent benefits package (full and part time hours available)

Our client based in Canary Wharf are looking to expand their existing complaints team and are seeking candidates with 6 months complaints/claims experience gained in an FSA environment.

Utilising communication, problem solving and listening skills whilst liaising with customers – customers could include financial business and their customers
Handling complaints and queries received in writing or over the telephone
Gathering the necessary information to enable full investigation of a complaint and to provide a fair and reasonable outcome.
Suggesting options and solutions for customers to consider
Building knowledge of the financial services – general insurance, PPI, investment and banking and credit and provided clear guidance on what is involved in setting up a complaint.

The Person:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Prepared to participate in an interview/recruitment process that take from 4-6 weeks
Dedicated to your job search and willing to prepare a covering letter explaining why you would be interested in this role!
It is essential you would pass a CRB and credit check

The Benefits:
Part time – 21 or 28 hours worked across 3 or 4 consecutive days
Full time – 35 hours per week worked between 8 am and 8 pm – shifts agreed in advance with Manager
2 Saturdays to be worked per annum – 9 am – 1 pm
Based in a superb London location just a 10 minute walk from Canary Wharf.
