Our prestigious client based in Canary Wharf are looking to expand their existing complaints/claims team. With a fantastic training programme and enviable benefits package to boast, they are looking for candidates to join them on a long term basis in their superb London location just a 10 minute walk from Canary Wharf.
Utilising communication, problem solving and listening skills whilst liaising with customers – customers could include financial business and their customers
Handling complaints and queries received in writing or over the telephone
Gathering the necessary information to enable full investigation of a complaint and to provide a fair and reasonable outcome.
Suggesting options and solutions for customers to consider
Building knowledge of the financial services – general insurance, PPI, investment and banking and credit and provided clear guidance on what is involved in setting up a complaint.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Prepared to participate in an interview/recruitment process that take from 4-6 weeks
Dedicated to your job search and willing to prepare a covering letter explaining why you would be interested in this role!
It is essential you would pass a CRB and credit check
35 hours per week worked between 8 am and 8 pm – shifts agreed in advance with Manager
2 Saturdays to be worked per annum – 9 am – 1 pm
