My Client is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Hartlepool area.
Working hours – Monday to Friday – Office hours

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Dealing with orders via Email, Fax and telephone
- Taking orders from Clients and processing them on the system
- Identify and assess customer needs in order to resolve first time
- Provide accurate feedback to customers and suppliers through correct channels
- Follow procedure, guidelines and policies to ensure high level customer service
