Customer Order Processor – temp to perm – Daventry up to £8.21 per hour
Our prestigious Daventry client is looking for an enthusiastic, technically minded Individual to join their busy team.
The role will include the following duties;
Processing sales orders that come in via telephone and email.
Dealing with all customer enquiries from pricing and availability and sourcing the necessary information using the company website – training will be given
Advising customers on technical aspects on our products and guiding them through enquiries ranging from detailed specifications to fitting of products – training will be given
Be the customer’s main point of contact for returns procedures and warranty issues.
Applicants must have a good telephone manner and have the ability to prioritise in a fast paced office environment.
Experience with Sage computer systems would be an advantage but not essential. You must be computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
A knowledge of motorcycles would be considered a positive advantage along with previous technical/engineering experience, however full training will be given to the appropriate candidate.
Applicants will need to be confident on the telephone with good communication skills.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with half hour lunch.
