Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear Call Centre and Customer Service Posted 02.11.19 £14500 - £16500 per annum

I am currently working with an excellent client based on the outskirts of Newcastle who are looking for an inbound Customer Service Administrator to join their business.

This is a full time permanent position, working Monday- Friday between the hours of 08:00am- 06:00pm

– NO WEEKEND WORK –

** Immediate start dates available **

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Taking inbound calls from customers and answering queries in a professional manner
  • Responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Appointment making
  • General administration duties

To be considered for the role you must:

  • Have the ability to build strong customer relations
  • Have excellent time management
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Have excellent communication skills including telephone manner
  • Be friendly and able to work well within a team
  • To be competent in the use of IT in the workplace
  • Be customer Focused
  • Have a Positive, ‘Can do’ attitude at all times
  • Have a flexible approach to work and workload
  • Have an open and honest approach at all times
  • Be a team player
