Job Title: Sales Administrator/ Customer Service
Location: Nr Tewkesbury
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £18-£23,000

KEY TASKS

  • To receive inbound Sales calls, provide an exceptional customer welcome as first point of call for all customers
  • Responsible for all customer care issues and track progress to completion with the Sales and Business Development Manager
  • Provide Central Contact point for private and contract customers
  • Prepares quotations for Sale and Rental Customers
  • Make customer courtesy calls to include, outstanding quotation, delivery satisfaction and to establish any further business requirements
  • To manage and book Sales assessors diaries (5-10 entries per day)
  • Assist with Product Selection for Sales Customers
  • Champion the “here to help” approach ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in line with company policy
  • Liaise internally with all departments to ensure that all Customers receive a 360 service
  • Process Customer Sales Orders before passing to purchasing (5-15 per day)
  • Process Sale Orders for Rental Products with delivery charges before passing to Operations for planning
  • Provide Customer Updates including delays on Deliveries & negotiate urgency of requirements
  • Assist with In-house Seating Assessment, Demonstrations and Training Events
  • Research Customer Development and New Business Development
  • Develop & maintain the Salesforce CRM within the business
  • To attend sales meetings and report as required
  • To provide ideas to promote the smooth running and improvements to the Sales and Business Development Manager.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Requires strong communication skills, an organised approach to work
Ability to manage a wide range of tasks and prioritise appropriately
Outstanding Customer Service Skills
Ability to Up & Cross Sell to existing customers
Must have an empathetic nature and the gravitas to deal with a range of client types
DBS check will be required
Experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage
Experience with the Salesforce Database preferred
Must be computer literate, with excellent attention to detail
Be conversant with ISO 9001:2008

working hours 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday
