Macclesfield, Cheshire Call Centre and Customer Service Posted 07.08.19 £18000 - £22000 per annum

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Macclesfield. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking business that prioritises employee development and an engaging, positive working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound queries both over email and via the telephone.
  • Take a proactive approach to problems and see them through to resolution
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone building strong relationships with customers
  • Processing customer orders
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term retention
  • Liaising internally with colleagues to ensure effective collaboration on projects
  • Administrative duties e.g. data entry, maintaining customer information ensuring it is accurate and up to date

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication ability
  • Proactive working approach
  • Confident user of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel confidently
  • Remain calm under pressure

Further Information:

  • Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 1.45pm
  • Parking on-site
