INBOUND Customer Service Advisor – NO OUTBOUND

Location: Preston

Job Type: Permanent, full time

Salary: £8.28 per hour + Excellent Benefits.

Start Date: ASAP.

Hours: 37.50 per week – Monday – Saturday between the hours 8 – 8. Sundays 9am till 4pm.

What does the role entail?.

  • You will take inbound calls on behalf of clients.
  • Deal with all customers queries fast and effectively.
  • Demonstrating contact centre values.
  • You will take ownership of the customer’s situation.
  • Ensuring a successful conclusion to any issues.
  • Work effectively with all team members.
  • Plan time effectively to get the best results.

What are we looking for?

  • 6 – 12 months customer service experience in a customer facing environment.
  • Motivated and ambitious individuals.
  • Drive

No previous experience of working in a contact centre is required – We are looking for individuals with any element of customer service experience including hospitality, retail and call centre with enthusiasm and a desire to learn!
