Cardiff Call Centre and Customer Service Posted 06.06.19 Up to £17650 per annum

£17,650 per annum plus bonus

Cordant People Cardiff are currently recruiting for a Customer Services role for a well established and growing business based on the outskirts of Cardiff.

Duties to include:

  • Making outbound calls primarily but taking inbound calls as required
  • To provide excellent customer service to all external and internal customers
  • To provide an efficient service to all customers
  • To process all orders with 100% accuracy
  • To keep customers informed of order status by telephone and ensure emergency supplies are provided if necessary
  • General customer service queries
  • Ensure Data Protection and Confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • To ensure compliance with the Company Quality Policy
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by management

We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills as well as excellent IT skills- including Excel and Word. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Be highly organised
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multitask
