We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service advisor to join a busy and fun sales team!

Are you motivated and keen to learn?
Customer service advisor applicants must be computer literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft systems, particularly Microsoft Outlook and you must also be confident using the telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.
Experience in sales and office work is desirable for the role of customer service advisor, but not essential as full training is given for this role. You just need to be keen to work and happy to speak to customers (not afraid of the phone!)
The role involves speaking to customers daily with regards to their orders, dealing with questions and queries, phoning them to see if they need more stock, promoting monthly offers, following up mailshots, sending mailshots, using the inhouse system to log all calls, administration duties.

37.5 hours a week
Monday – Friday, 8:50am – 5:15pm
These hours could be flexible for the right person (school hours would be considered)
