Customer Service Advisor based in Middleton
Offering £8.41 per hour – Paid WEEKLY!
Start Date: 18th November 2019
We are currently recruiting for our client, a well known high street brand, for their customer service department, you will be working on the phones and social media queries to provide a high level of customer service support and ensuring customers have the best experience. Previous experience within a contact centre environment would be beneficial however it’s not essential as full training will be provided.
- Handling customer service queries via inbound calls and social media messages.
- You will be looking to provide an exceptional level of customer service in a professional, friendly, empathetic and supportive manner.
- Queries will range from orders, refunds, deliveries and products enquiries.
- You will support when necessary with processing orders, refunds and chasing deliveries on the in-house system.
- Updating, amending customer accounts and orders.
- Working Monday – Friday (No weekends!) between 1:30pm-10pm.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience within a similar role or contact centre experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ultimately we are looking for candidates who have strong customer service skills and have a good attitude and personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptability and the willingness to learn
- Strong IT skills.
