First Class Customer Service Advisor needed ASAP! Full time 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday / 1 in 4 Saturday’s 9am -4pm

Location: Batley / Dewsbury
- Based in our clients online retail business , you will be working in an open plan office
- The successful candidates will join the existing, exceptionally busy team .You must be able to cope with volume calls.
- Main duties – You will be based on the phone, taking inbound calls – processing orders, tracking, deliveries and complaints – previous experience is a must.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and good organisational skills are essential.
- Ability to think on your feet and multi – task is very important for this job as no day will be the same !
- Knowledge of Ebay/ Amazon or live chat would also be advantageous.
