Our client, a large and successful banking group are looking to recruit a number of agents to work on their inbound Customer Service team based in Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are looking to secure a long term role which will offer them development and a great rate of pay.

Due to the great training programme successful candidates are offered, vast experience is not required- just a passion and drive to work and be rewarded for everything they put in!

The office is based in Chester and this is a Customer Service Advisor

Pay Rate: £9.99

Purpose of the role: To be the first point of contact for customers

Providing an excellent level of customer service to meet the needs of the customers

Extend and develop customer relationships

Key Accountabilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for the Bank’s customers. You will receive inbound telephone calls, and you will advise customers on a range of queries surrounding the Bank’s products including:

  • New applications
  • Current Accounts
  • Loans
  • Savings and Investments
  • Internal banking
  • Account switching between banking institutions

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a credit check
  • Must be able to pass a credit check
  • No holidays within 1st 8 weeks
  • Able to work towards targets
  • Experience within customer service

Hours of work: 35hours

Shift Pattern working

Mon – Fri: shifts between 8am – 9pm, Saturday 8-7, Sunday 8am-6pm
