Role: Customer Service Advisor ***MUST HAVE WORKED WITHIN ENERGY/GAS & ELECTRIC INDUSTRY***
Location: Sheffield (S1)
- Advising customers by taking inbound calls regarding invoices, payments and work carried out
- Liaising with managers and senior member of staff to help rectify escalated billing queries.
- Taking customers invoice payments over the phone/setting up direct debit
- Taking complaints from customers over the phone and sending them to the complaints department (if necessary)
- Sending documentation to customers and companies through the post and via email.
- Informing customers of new products & tariffs
