French Speaking Customer service advisor
£23,500 + £250 per month bonus

If so Cordant People currently have a fantastic opportunity to join a Global award-winning business based in Warrington!
In this role you will be expected to provide excellent levels of customer service via Inbound calls, Emails & Social media, managing escalations through to resolution.
What will you be doing?
- Provide prompt and friendly customer support by listening to customers and responding in a way that meets their expectations
- Troubleshoot the issues accordingly using available resources
- Logging and follow up customer information
- Responding to enquiries via Inbound calls, Emails & Social media
- A deep understanding of company processes
What’s in it for you?
- An initial FTC contract of 4-6 months with a possibility of extension or permanent contract
- 25 days holiday pro rata
- A retention bonus will be given of £250 per month banked for 4 or 6 months depending on contract length
- Possibility of relocation to Barcelona office
What do you need?
- Excellent communication and communication skills (English & Italian)
- A B2 Level in English and C1 or Native level Italian
Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm rotating shifts with two weekends off per month.
