Bradford, West Yorkshire Call Centre and Customer Service Posted 26.06.20 £8.72 - £9.68 per annum

We are happy to be working with a well known Company based on the edge of Bradford within their modern offices. This is where decisions are made from their corporate teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. There are comfy breakout areas, a coffee shop, and a subsidised restaurant on site so it really is a great environment to work in.

The role:

  • Ongoing temporary with a view to going permanent for the right candidate
  • 37.5 hours between Mon-Sun
  • Monday – Sunday 5/7 Days between 8am-11pm
  • £8.72.hour increasing to £9.68 an hour once you have been within the business for 12 weeks.

Customer Service Advisors handle incoming queries and issues from customers in regards to online orders whilst building strong relationships. Our Client wants to take a relaxed and personable approach. You will be responsible for dealing with queries through email and potentially over the phone.

They are looking for friendly candidates who are able to support customers via email and over the phone, while being an ambassador for the Company.

The candidate:

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work under pressure and within a fast paced environment.

You need to be well organised and have good IT skills.
