Burnley, Lancashire Call Centre and Customer Service Posted 13.05.19 £8.22 - £8.50 per hour

Non-Voice Customer Service – Burnley – Salary: £8.22-£8.50 per hour – Temp & Perm roles – Start Date: 20th May 2019

The Role:

  • You will be acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries via e-mail, web-chat and social media platforms
  • Providing a world class customer service to each and every customer
  • Dealing with queries and complaints
  • You will be working as a team towards team and individual targets
  • Ensuring all information is logged accurately on the inter company CRM system
  • Working between 07:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 weekends *you will always have your rota in advance*

The Person:

  • A great written communicator
  • Genuine interest in doing a great job for your customers
  • Previous customer service based experience
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
  • Ability to work towards targets
  • Excellent team player
