Huddersfield, West Yorkshire Call Centre and Customer Service Posted 05.11.19 £18000 - £20000 per annum

Purpose of the role:

To process set-up and operation of client service requirements across the business, promptly and effectively meeting all internal and external customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

Taking customer queries via phone and email and resolving with as little disruption to customer as possible; ensuring customer is updated on a regular basis in line with set query procedure and KPIs.

Ensuring query tracker is updated all times

Update internal CRM system with all client contact

Provide support to Sales Executives with any required customer information

Create and provide reports to customers where necessary

Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve any missed lifts, ensuring a suitable resolution for the customer

Liaise with customers for new service requests, following set procedure including creation of new service contracts

Update internal systems for any new site set ups

Liaising with customers/suppliers to ensure details of contract end dates are correct

Liaising with customers/suppliers to check all required details of new service; collection point, delivery dates etc. and ensure internal database is updated

Process customer terminations

Participate in on-going training and development, regular performance reviews and monthly one to ones.

Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company

Adhere to the policies and procedures to attain and maintain the required competency level to perform the role and, in particular, to promote a culture where customers are treated fairly, with openness and honesty.

Excellent communication skills

IT literate

Monday – 8:15an-5pm

Tues-Thurs 8:30am-5pm

Friday 8:30am-4pm
