Skelmersdale, Lancashire Call Centre and Customer Service Posted 01.10.20 Up to £22000.00 per annum

Role: Customer Service Team Leader

Location: Skelmersdale (WN8)

Salary: £22,000 (rising to £23,000 after 6 month probation)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and monitoring individual and team targets (10) to support the achievement of agreed KPI’s
  • Ensuring the team deliver the best customer experience within given parameters and frameworks
  • Managing and monitoring team adherence and compliance to all policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Monitoring and reviewing team performance, providing effective and timely feedback, implementing corrective actions to bridge any performance gaps
  • Creating and sharing performance activity reports to appropriate stakeholders
  • Proactively reviewing processes and procedures to find ways of streamlining and improving effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Putting continuous improvement as part of team meetings to encourage input from the team on ideas and suggestions
  • Coaching and developing to drive high levels of engagement and motivation to deliver the best results
