Our client based in Macclesfield are looking for candidates with strong communication ability to join their Customer Service team on a temporary contract.
- Answering inbound calls from both businesses and customers to support with their service.
- Manage your email inbox responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Manage Web Chat queries in a timely fashion
- Communicate effectively with people inside and outside the organisation (the Customer) and uphold the reputation of the Company.
- Deal with general customer queries and complaints and aim to resolve them in the first instance.
- Develop an excellent understanding of the business in order to provide customers with a knowledgeable service.
- Process customer orders and handle delivery queries when necessary.
