Finance Administrator

£20,000-£23,000 per annum

Location – Cumbernauld

Would you like to work in a fast paced commercial environment?

Do you have previous experience working as a Finance Administrator or a similar role?

Can you travel to and from Cumbernauld preferably with your own transport?

Are you seeking a fresh, exciting, challenging permanent role?

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator for our client based in Cumbernauld. They are market leaders in their field and supply to established and supermarkets across the U.K.

The Role

  • Purchase Ledger processing
  • Maintain invoice finance facility
  • Supplier payment
  • Petty cash
  • Manage and order office stationery
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Prepayments and accruals
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • VAT return

The Candidate

  • Previous experience working as a Finance Assistant or Finance Administrator
  • All round knowledge and experience of finance duties
  • Competent using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience using Sage 200 would be advantageous
  • Intermediate excel skills are essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
