Finance Admin

My client, who are based in Stockport town centre, are looking to take on an administrator to join their small finance admin team of five individuals.

Responsibilities:

– Maintain manual and computerised records
– Input financial data into spreadsheets
– Ensure prompt and courteous responses to all phone calls received
– Work with the team to develop and maintain systems that are up-to-date and accurate at all times
– To keep information confidential
– File paperwork
– To undertake any other duties that may be relevant to the post

Requirements:

– At least 8 months experience in administration or finance administration
– Good excel skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Available immediately (or a short notice period)
– A food standard of English both written and verbal
– Willingness to attend training course and events
