A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hire Controller to join a well established business based in Birmingham specialising in the hire of plant equipment used specifically within the rail industry.
This role is based on the customer site, working with a mixture of internal and external colleagues to ensure the delivery of all required rental products and the quick resolution of any issues.
Daily Duties Include:
* Offering excellent customer service and product knowledge
* All on/off hire administration required
* Anticipating potential problems and providing suitable solutions
*Building excellent and lasting customer relationships
* Communicating effectively with clients
* Good working knowledge of the construction and/or plant & tool hire industry is essential, preferably including rail product knowledge
* Customer service and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
