    Warrington, Cheshire, North West, England Office-Based|Professional Posted 13.10.21 £30000 - £35000 per annum

    -Location:Warrington, WA3
    -Salary: £30,000-£35,000 plus 6% discretionary bonus paid annuall
    -25 days hols plus Bank Holidays
    -Hours: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday, with an early finish of 2pm on Fridays
    -Some homeworking possible once the role has been embedded
    -Employer happy to pay for CIPD Level 3 or 5
    -Full time & permanent

    The successful candidate will be the first point of contact of all HR related queries and be instrumental in the HR strategy across the business. 

    Duties & responsibilities:
    -To support the HR Manager with the delivery of effective HR processes, advice and administration systems
    -Providing admin and technical advice and guidance for managers and employees as directed by the HR Manager on HR projects and key HR initiatives.
    -Manage the on-boarding of new starters, changes and leaver processes
    -Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
    -Assist with any relevant duties regarding recruitment and its portal system
    -Assisting with employee appraisals and the full process that goes with it
    -Supporting with minute taking at hearings relating to ER cases, in addition to producing the invites/letters
    -Supporting with any HR Projects
    -Liaising with recruitment agencies and building strong relationships with them
    -Supporting the HR and L&D teams with any ad-hoc work 

    Successful candidate:
    -Previous HR experience is a necessity
    -Ability to hi the ground running 
    -Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise and adapt
    -A professional, diplomatic and friendly manner 
    -Effective written and oral communication skills
    -Self-confidence and willingness to take full ownership of role
