Inbound Customer Advisor – Full Time

January Start Dates!!

Hours: Full time 40 hours per week between Monday and Sunday 8am – 10pm

Pay: £17,630 and an opportunity to earn upto £400 in bonus!

Location: Salford

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be handling inbound calls from customers for a range of enquiries and providing exceptional customer service. All calls will be of a banking and financial natures, enquiries can range from lost or stolen debit cards, support with setting up accounts, direct debits or online banking to more complex cases of fraud.

* This is a telephone based sales role
* Working to daily KPI’s and monthly targets
* Part of an established team.
