Huddersfield, West Yorkshire Call Centre and Customer Service Posted 11.01.19 £16000 - £17500 per annum + + attendance bonus + attendance bonus

The candidate must have knowledge of the internet and in particular e-commerce retailing would be advantageous. Experience of working in either a contact or call centre, customer service, telesales environment is essential and industry specific knowledge to the window dressing industry would be highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing high volumes of Sales and customer enquiries via the telephone, email and online systems. Efficient and effective handling of all customer contact and meeting customer expectations, in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

Job Specification

  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Either 1 year in Customer Service environment, Call Centre, Telesales, Retail or Sales order entry
  • PC literate with excellent keyboard skills & proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Maths and English – GCSE standard (or equivalent), minimum grade C
  • Ability to compose emails and communications with excellent spelling and grammar
  • Proactive and upbeat with friendly personality, able to work in a team environment
  • Professional telephone, communication, interpersonal skills and confident manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and cope with constantly changing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail with high level of accuracy
  • No History of fraudulent activity that would disqualify a candidate from being PCI compliant
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK

Hours: 40 (£16286.40 +Bonus) 43 = £17500 per annum

4 days in the week: 8.30 – 5.30. The day off is likely to be Monday or Thursday

1 day over the weekend: preferably a Sunday
