Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, full time and permanent.
You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and live chats from business customers, with some outbound calling.
-The role will involve answering inbound calls and live chats from new and existing customers
-Processing small orders, sending quotes or answering any other general enquiries
-Using basic questioning techniques and rapport building skills to gain an understanding of customer needs
-Outbound calling to existing customers or ones that have made enquiries
-Provide a good level of customer service to new and existing customers during sales, as well as
any follow up after sales.
The successsful candidate will possess the following:
-A desire to build a career in sales, with a clear progression plan in mind
-A natural communicator with an inquisitive nature and thirst to build excellent rapport
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
-Good understanding of Microsoft Office
-good verbal and written communication skills.
