£24,000 per annum + bonus
Our client, a well established and reputable manufacturing company, are seeking an experienced sales professional to join their existing sales team on a permanent basis due to promotion.
The role will encompass cold calling, account management of existing clients, marketing and sales and quote processing. Our client is looking for candidates with proven experience working in a sales environment; hitting targets and meeting KPI’s.
Maintain designated client data files.
Conduct a minimum of 40 sales calls per day – a mixture of warm, cold and existing
Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs, profit and sales.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Document and distribute marketing special offers & campaigns to maximise sales opportunities.
Work to and report on individual & department KPI’s.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
To prepare customer quotes and provide accurate pricing.
Confident telephone manner
Confident making outbound sales calls
Excellent customer service skills
Driven, hungry and motivated by targets and KPI’s
Must be prepared to conduct 40 + outbound calls per day
