    Job description
    My client based in the Birmingham City Centre are looking for a Legal Secretary to join on a full-time & permanent basis. You will provide first class administrative support and secretarial service to Partners & Fee Earners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diary management 
    • Support client activities and requirements in a proactive manner
    • Prepare client registration documents, engagement/assignment letters, conflicts checks, money laundering and audit Letters
    • Undertake general filing administration
    • Proactively manage inboxes, arrange meetings and conference calls
    • Undertake e-mail management, ensuring that urgent emails are promptly picked up
    • Typing dcouments and correspondence
    • Make travel arrangements
    • Work collaboratively with other secretarial support for the department
    • Support billing processes 
    • Support less experienced members of the team

    Requirements:

    • Strong Legal PA/Secretarial experience
    • Well organised, good at planning ahead and able to meet deadlines
    • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Able to prioritise and make decisions on workload according to deadlines
    • Professional services sector experience will be considered
    • Confident user of MS Office
    • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering excellent client service
