This is a fantastic opportunity, call centre based, flexible working hours in a comfortable working environment. The telephone interviewers role is the most important role within the company as you will be representing not only our client but their clients also who can range from public sector, private sector, 3rd party organisations and media organisations. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to conduct surveys to either the general public or to other businesses.
A great opportunity for anyone who is looking for flexible part time hours between Monday to Friday evenings (5pm – 9pm) and the weekends (10am – 7pm). Ideally we are looking for a minimum of 20 hours (we could possibly be slightly flexible with this). You can chose what shifts you would like to work on a weekly basis.
Ideally you will have customer service experience but it is not essential! As long as you are a great communicator and not shy to speak to people!
