Basic salary of £18,000 and uncapped OTE circa year 1 £30K
My client is a really well established organisation who are a market leading global data security company who are currently looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join the existing team within their Sale, Manchester office. - This is a telephone based sales role, generating new business leads through inbound/web leads, cold calling and self generating new business sales opportunities in the document destruction industry.
- 20% existing business account management, 80% new business generation.
- Working to KPI’s and monthly targets.
- Part of a great team, you’ll be fully trained on the industry and have the opportunity to grow and develop within the business.
- Based within their Sale, Manchester office.
- Business to business cold calling sales experience would be an advantage but this can be within any industry sector
- Would consider someone with a great desire and drive outside of cold calling experience
- Someone who is driven, motivated, and committed person with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Strong relationship building and communications are required
- Experience of working in a target driven environment and willing to learn
- A basic salary of £18k is offered
- Uncapped OTE circa £30k year one
- Regular incentives including annual luxury holiday
- Daytime office working hours (8.30am – 5.30pm)
- 20 days holiday + stats
