3 Month Temp contract with possibility to turn perm
Cordant people currently have an exciting opportunity for polite and caring individual to join a market leading brand as a Non-voice customer service advisor!
What you’ll be doing?
  • You will be acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries via e-mail, web-chat and social media platforms
  • Providing a world class customer service to each and every customer
  • Dealing with queries and complaints
  • You will be working as a team towards team and individual targets
  • Ensuring all information is logged accurately on the inter company CRM system
  • Working between 07:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 weekends *you will always have your rota in advance*
