Office Administrator – Temp to Perm – £9.50 Per hour
Village location – Own transport required
Providing Administration support for the office assisting in all areas of the business.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm – 37.5 Hours per week
Liaising with customers either by telephone or email to agree collection/dispatch of products.
Entering data via Excel spreadsheets and booking on various customer portals.
Answering the phone to customers and taking details for service/accounts passing on queries and managing customer expectations.
Receiving and processing emails from Customers, categorise by Customer type and process accordingly.
General filing duties and support with all administration duties within the office.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent Communication Skills
Microsoft Office experience, including Excel
Flexible and able to work in a small team
Good eye for detail
