Job Title – Outbound Sales Advisor
Location – Bristol
Report to – Call Centre Manager
Hours – Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay – £8.72 per hour plus commission
We are currently looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Advisor to join an ever expanding contact centre team. For the right candidate this will become a permanent position after 12 weeks.
As a Outbound Contact Centre Agent your duties will include:
Telesales Performance
- To achieve the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department and individually – including the numbers of calls made, decision maker contacts achieved, appointments made (number and quality), and appointments visited
- The individual agent should be aware of their performance v. KPIs and targets
Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure that all the calls allocated to them are called within the defined time periods
- Ensure calls are made using the correct scripts and to incorporate specific promotions within their scripts
- Ensure that appointments are booked according to the current policies and standards
- Ensure data entry on the Call Centre Manager and Lead Manager systems is accurate and complete
Outbound and Inbound Calling
- To make outbound calls as instructed by the Telesales Management
- When required to offer inbound phone cover to the sales phone numbers
Reporting
- To provide feedback and ideas to the management team
Training
- The Agent must ensure that they have an up to date knowledge of products, sales policies, scripts and procedures
Other Responsibilities
- To support and assist the Telesales Management as required
