    Outbound Sales Advisor


    £18,137 + up £500 per week bonus

    What will you be doing?

    You will be working on an outbound sales campaign targeting Non-customers and propositioning TV to them. The campaign also uses “Baskets” data calling customers who have abandoned an online basket. This would be working on an outbound dialler, so it’s from start to finish calls calls calls.

    What are we looking for?

    Whilst good customer service ability is a desired attribute, candidates should be under no illusions, that this is nothing but an OUTBOUND SALES position. So, the ideal candidate will have outbound sales experience, but other types of sales experience is definitely considered – Such as Door to door, charity fund raising, and retail.

    This role comes with a lot of rejection, objections, targets, and sometimes long periods of not getting through to customers, so this really requires someone who is self-motivated, who enjoys challenges, is money driven, and persevering.

    We are not looking to sell at all costs, this role is heavily regulated, so someone who follows procedure and likes to do things by the book is very important.

    Earning Potential

    £18,137 per annum – Paid fortnightly

    Current agents earn OTE £100 – £500 per week in bonus – It really is a role where the candidates efforts are paid back to them- hence the big disparity

    Training and Academy

    Training will start from their first day, which will be classroom based, for their first 3 weeks (9.00-17.30 Monday to Friday)

    All new starters go through the training process, away from the call centre floor, to take them through the ins and outs of the role.

    Upon completion of classroom training, it will be time to join the academy, Academy is a halfway point between training and joining their team.

    They will be working closely with a development coach, on the job, to help them ease into the role and slowly implement what has been learnt in the classroom onto the job.

    Trainees will spend 4 weeks in academy, before becoming a live agent.

    We ask that all candidates do not take any time off as annual leave for the first 7 weeks. This would be in the interest of the trainee not to miss any of the training. Anyone that declares holidays in the first 7th weeks, will be moved onto an alternative start date.


    Based on a 6-week rolling rota -3 weekends on 3 weekends off

    No more than 5 shifts per week

    Weekend shifts are 10.00-1800

    Weekday shifts alternate between 10.00-18.30 or 11.30-20.00
