Cordant People has an opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator to work with our client based in the Polmont area on a Part time temporary basis.
You will need to provide excellent customer service to colleagues and clients. As the first point of contact in the business your main duties will include:
- Answering phone calls and dealing with reception duties
- Dealing with customer queries at reception
- Keeping company documents up to date
- Updating spreadsheets
- Filing and scanning
- Other administrative/office duties
Hours of work will be 12.30-16.30 Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required to cover staff holidays so flexibility is required.
You must be professional with good communication skills, the ability to multitask, have a good knowledge of word and excel and be willing to take your hand to anything.
