My client is looking for a part time Customer Service administrator working 3 full days per week Monday – Wednesday on a permanent basis

Based within the customer service Team, the role is loosely defined as including the following, but will also encompass other administrative & support tasks…

Daily review of open purchase order discrepancies

Daily outstanding sales order review

Supplier confirmations (checking descriptions/specifications/pricing of ordered goods are as required and querying where necessary)

Non-conformance raising/housekeeping – ensuring any supplier issues are documented and concluded correctly

Occasional support of Customer Service teams when necessary, handling enquiries/orders etc

Obtaining quotations from designated suppliers

Obtaining required supporting documentation from suppliers, for delivered goods, in a timely manner

The workload is primarily email & telephone based, utilising Microsoft AX systems and associated software ( Excel/Word etc)

Ideally we are looking for relevant experience but are potentially willing to train the “right” person….

Hours of work 08:30 -17:00 Monday-Wednesday – 3 days per week

Salary..pro-rata, based on between £17 & £18k per annum, dependent upon experience

Possible requirement for cross-cover during holiday periods

Holiday entitlement, again pro rata , based on 25 days annual entitlement ( with 3 of those days required to cover Christmas closedown)
